Spring Fling was never only a date on the calendar. It was a laboratory.
EVENTS ARE LIVE RESEARCH
A ticket is a signal. A line is a signal. A quiet corner is a signal. So is the friend who brings five more friends because the idea feels like theirs. Our job was to stay curious enough to notice.
We watched what people wore, where they gathered, which sounds moved them, which ideas traveled without explanation, and which ones needed another season. Every activation gave us information no survey could collect by itself.
