What Five Years of Curiosity Built

College Daze HBCU creative infrastructure is part of the larger story of how College Daze turns HBCU student culture into creative infrastructure.

College Daze began in 2021 with curiosity: what would happen if student culture had a company willing to take it seriously?

We threw parties, built archives, helped shape releases, created reports, sold products, produced concerts, registered voters, and made names for movements that already belonged to the people. We also misread rooms, trusted the wrong promises, lost locations, absorbed fines, and watched good plans transform in real time.

The searching was the strategy

Saint is the narrator because every experiment needs someone willing to follow the thread. Daisy is the collective because none of this exists without the people who carried it. B-Loved is the founder because aspiration needs an accountable hand on the work.

Our advantage was never perfection. It was the willingness to search for the photographer, source the impossible prop, invite the unexpected collaborator, ask students what they needed, and turn the answer into something public.

Five years later, the business is not just events. It is cultural infrastructure: memory, data, design, relationships, and traditions strong enough to outlive the original flyer. We are still curious. That is not a phase of the company. It is the company.
