DEPARTMENT CHAIR ROLES
Department Chairs lead specific clubs, ensure the successful execution of their club’s programs and initiatives, collaborate with other Chairs to align on Boarding School-wide goals, and report to the Dean of Students.
HEALTH & WELLNESS
Focus: Promotes mental, physical, and emotional wellness.
Signature Programs: Yoga, RECESS events, Better Daze Program.
Chair Responsibilities: Organize and oversee events, track participation, and collaborate with other clubs to amplify impact.
Reports to: Dean of Students.
Communicates with: Dean of Student Activities, Ambassadors.
BETA CLUB
Focus: Advocacy and service.
Signature Programs: Legal Daze, community service drives, and partnerships with local nonprofits.
Chair Responsibilities: Build partnerships, organize impactful workshops, and mentor students in advocacy and service.
Reports to: Dean of Students.
Communicates with: Event Coordinators, Ambassadors.
BUSINESS CLUB
Focus: Entrepreneurship, innovation, and financial literacy.
Signature Programs: Dream Daze entrepreneurial competition, InvestED workshops.
Chair Responsibilities: Coordinate programs, manage resources, and guide participants through their entrepreneurial journeys.
Reports to: Dean of Students.
Communicates with: Event Coordinators, Club members.
YEARBOOK CLUB
Focus: Storytelling and digital archiving.
Signature Programs: Event recaps, multimedia storytelling projects, and digital memory preservation.
Chair Responsibilities: Lead content creation teams, ensure quality standards, and mentor students in creative media.
Reports to: Dean of Students.
Communicates with: Dean of Student Activities, Event Coordinators.
